Key Argus Ecology staff have expert witness experience in their specialist areas of expertise, including the following:
Paul Lupton MSc MCIEEM: Recent experience of a major public inquiry for an electricity supply project in North Yorkshire, and a planning appeal for a housing development near Newcastle on Tyne, in both cases providing evidence of impacts on protected species for the appellant. Both appeals were successful.
Kevin Honour MSc MCIEEM: Experience of a range of appeals including:
- Provision of evidence at successful Call-in Inquiry on ecological effects of air quality impacts, ornithological and botanical evidence for Energy Centre at Bilsthorpe, Nottinghamshire
- Provision of ornithological evidence for successful appeal for target shooting range at Rixton Moss, Warrington;
- Provision of botanical and ornithological evidence in successful appeal for surface mine development at Halton Lea Gate, Northumberland;
